Our talents & values

Our talents & values Perles d’Histoire's team is a subtle blend of scientific, cultural, and business-oriented profiles. This complementary mix is a valuable source of expertise and interpersonal skills that help our clients design heritage projects that are scientifically rigorous, creative, relevant, and impactful.
Perles d'Histoire also draws on a network of trusted experts and partners depending on the specific nature of the projects entrusted to us.

Furthermore, in order to respond to a strong desire for constant improvement and high standards in our work, we have set up a Perles d'Histoire scientific council to support us in our methodological and ethical considerations. Three individuals with complementary profiles and recognized in their disciplines have kindly agreed to be members.
Perles d'Histoire is also a member of the AAF (Association des archivistes français) and the International Council on Archives.

To guide our teams in their daily mission as “Passers of meaning & emotion”, we have chosen four strong values that characterize who we are and who we want to be. Linked and combined, they form a shared reference point that ensures the consistency of our individual and collective decisions, both internally and externally.

EXCELLENCE
Both individual and collective, excellence must be the hallmark of Perles d'Histoire and its teams, while striving to satisfy our customers and partners. Individual excellence is reflected in the demand for meticulous, consistent, rigorous, and responsible work, down to the smallest detail; while collective excellence requires us to always promote the power of collective intelligence in an attitude of trust, listening, and subsidiarity.

INVENTIVITY
As each project confronts us with specific contexts and new challenges, we are committed to never settling for the easy option or repetition, but to demonstrating creativity, agility, and pragmatism in order to best adapt to our clients' challenges and constraints and raise our mission to the highest level of achievement and satisfaction.

WONDER
An ever-renewing faculty, wonder is curiosity, openness, and the ability to let ourselves be surprised and moved by the stories, each one different, that we immerse ourselves in with every project. Seeking to evoke this emotion in our clients inspires our creativity and the quality of the narration and writing in our projects.

SHARING
Sharing is at the heart of our mission to pass on knowledge, both through our work as archivists and historians, who collect memories and make them accessible, and through cultural mediation, the ultimate channel for sharing valued history. By encouraging exchange and collaboration, sharing is also the basis of collective intelligence, which is essential to our mission.
